Shipping policy


As a drop shipping business, we work with multiple suppliers to offer a wide range of products to our customers. To ensure the smooth delivery of your order, we have developed the following shipping policy:

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames provided in your order tracking details, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information at the time of purchase. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. Delivery address cannot be modified once the order is placed or has been shipped.

Once the order has been shipped for delivery, you will receive a tracking number by email along with a link to track your order.

Depending on the delivery destination, your order may be subject to local country’s taxes and duties. It is the sole responsibility of the customer/buyer, to bear any additional custom duties or local country taxes. The customer/buyer is responsible to pay for taxes & duties (if applicable) in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

Processing time

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our order fulfilment partners by the applicable carrier. Depending on several factors, orders may take up to 3-5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process after your payment is authorised and verified. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. However, some products may require additional processing time due to availability, additional customisation, postal service problems or other circumstances outside of our control. In such cases, we will promptly communicate any delays to you via email.

Shipping Methods

Our suppliers use a variety of shipping methods to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective delivery of your order. Shipping carriers will be selected at the sole discretion of our suppliers to meet the shipping requirements. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination, product, and shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer shipping to most countries worldwide. However, please note that international shipping times and costs may vary, and that customs fees and other import duties may apply. We are not responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred during the delivery process.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which can be used to track the status of your shipment. Please note that some suppliers may not offer tracking information for certain products, in which case we will communicate this to you via email. Estimated delivery timelines may vary and will be made available within tracking information provided to you via email once your product has been shipped. Most of the products we sell are handmade/handcrafted where manual artisanal craftsmanship or art work is involved, which requires time and labour. We also can't hold stock for all products and rely on our suppliers to fulfill the orders, therefore our shipping times can vary and will be made available within tracking information provided to you. Kindly be patient with us, as we do our best to get your items delivered to you swiftly.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a part or full order from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to its origin destination. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Delivery policy

If your package is lost or missing or damaged, you must contact us as soon as possible and no later than 15 days of the delivery date. We will work with our suppliers to investigate the issue on case-by-case basis and offer a resolution, which may include a refund, replacement, or exchange. We do not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case-by-case basis.

Out of stock items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

Reserved rights regarding shipping

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, For Planet Sake reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, For Planet Sake reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, For Planet Sake reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
